Intentional Leadership

To be intentional means to do some deliberately; to act on purpose, and with a purpose. Think about your professional and personal lives. What are you doing deliberately? Maybe you always make a point of arriving to work on time, or being home at a certain time. Maybe you’re diligently studying and working to get to the next level, or maybe you’re making sure you take the time to relax and bepresentin the moment. Jot down some things that you feel you’re already being intentional about in your life. Then, write down one or two areas where you need to become more intentional.
