Influential Leadership - Be Credible

Being credible has nothing to do with your credentials - it has everything to do with trust. Can people trust that you do what you say you’re going to do? Are your actions matching up with your words?

Questions to ponder:

  1. What are the values in your life that you aren’t willing to negotiate on?

  2. What actions can other people see you take to show that you’re serious about those values?

  3. Can you think of someone in your life who had a position of leadership, but who you didn’t trust? How did your feelings about that leader affect their ability to influence you?
