Leading Through the Holiday's - Practicing Gratitude
The Holidays are here again, and along with the parties, presents, and good food comes the added stress of travel, extended time with extended family, an ever-growing to-do list, and the general rush of the Season. This leadership series will focus on growing your personal leadership and relationships with the people you love the most- your friends and family- as we learn to lead through the holidays. Let’s wrap up 2019 and head into 2020 with a focus on what’s truly important, and an intention to invest in those we love, live with, and lead as we celebrate the season. From all of us at Eagle, I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving, a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Years.

Entire Series
There are six videos in the Leading Through the Holiday’s Series. We will release them over the course of the next few months.
I want to leave you with a reminder that you can behave your way to thinking, but you can’t think your way to behaving.
It's the beginning of a new year, and with the reset of the calendar tends to come the onslaught of New Years Resolutions. All those good habits you want to start, and bad habits you want to break- new year, new you! Right?!
You can’t fix your family. We’re coming up on the holidays, and with that comes a lot of time with family. It’s such a gift to be able to spend intentional quality time with those we love- although sometimes, it may seem like a gift that you wish you could return.
The last point for developing a gratitude practice- do it every day. Every. Single. Day. No matter what, no matter where, no matter when, find some time to intentionally practice gratitude however you choose to do that.
That’s right, you heard me correctly. I do want you to grow your leadership by practicing gratitude, but I don’t want you to take the easy way out by giving thanks for the “big” things- like family, health, faith.
